Firefighters Battle Blaze at London Flats

Around 60 firefighters were called to a fire at a block of flats in Kilburn, northwest London. The fire, which started on the 13th floor of the 15-storey building, forced the evacuation of residents. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) said they received a total of 78 emergency calls due to the highly visible fire. The incident was brought under control within two hours.

In response to the incident, Brent Council arranged for the evacuation of residents and set up a rest center at a civic center where affected individuals could find shelter.

The fire, which was reported at 18:43 BST, was completely extinguished by 20:09 BST. The cause of the fire has not been reported.
